IAE Solutions LLC, Reston, VA, is being awarded a $31,456,994 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with fixed priced task orders for information technology support of the Military Sealift Command's Financial Management System, Human Resource Management System, Automated Information

System, and Enterprise Data Warehouse. This technology support will be provided at three shoreside locations on the east coast and will affect ship and shore units for MSC operations worldwide. There are three one-year options, which if exercised, would bring the total award amount to $134,719,618. Work will be performed in Reston and Norfolk, VA, and Washington, D.C. A $2 million minimum quantity for the entire contract period will be obligated at the time of contract award. Additional funding will be added to the contract upon the issuance of task orders. This contract was competitively procured with more than 100 proposals solicited and two offers received. The solicitation was issued as a total small business set aside. The Military Sealift Command, Washington, is the contracting activity (N00033-06-D-6508).
