New Media Ownership Rules Unlikely to Have Big Impact in Jacksonville, Fla.

Jun. 3--The Federal Communications Commission's new media ownership rules would create new cross-ownership and multiple ownership possibilities in Jacksonville. But with the area's major media outlets already spoken for by large corporations and probably not for sale, the new rules likely won't bring any changes locally.
