California Group Accuses Hospital Chain of Aggressive Debt Collection.

Apr. 15--Hoping to pass a law this year requiring California hospitals to provide discounted care to the poor, a patient advocacy group Wednesday accused Sutter Health of using aggressive debt-collection practices and of having a billing system that discriminates against the uninsured.
