ELKRIDGE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 2004

Global workplace solutions provider General Physics Corporation, a subsidiary of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE: GPX), was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)

This agreement is for one base year plus four one-year options. Under this agreement, the OCC requires the development of distance learning and e-learning content and/or adjunct software or consulting services in support of the training.
