Hill International Hired as Scheduling and Claims Consultant by Clark County School District.

MARLTON, N.J. & LAS VEGAS -- Hill International (Nasdaq:HINT), the worldwide construction consulting firm, announced today that it has received a contract to provide construction scheduling and claims consulting services from the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. The potential

five-year contract, including a one-year base term and four one-year options, has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $2.9 million.

Pursuant to the contract, Hill will provide services in support of the District's New School Construction Program. Services shall include review of individual baseline schedules, monthly updates, recovery schedules, claims, and other related tasks as directed by the District. Hill shall provide ongoing and continuous support on multiple projects. The District's New School Construction Program includes the construction of approximately 16 new schools per year, including multiple additions and remodels. The annual construction volume is estimated at $350 million.
