Cooperation to Promote Chemical Safety in China

CHINA, Jul 18, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- A Chinese chemical management center will provide emergency response services to ten international manufacturers of chemicals in order to improve the level of chemical safety in China, according to a protocol signed Monday in Beijing.

The National Registration Center for Chemicals (NRCC) will open a 24-hour hotline for the client companies and will respond to emergency chemical accidents as well as provide information and expert a
