Jul. 27--Jason G. Stoltzfus, owner of Mill Run Carriage, Honeybrook Township, Chester County, has been in the buggy business for nearly two decades.
"I was born with horse manure and sawdust in my blood," said the 41-year-old Stoltzfus, whose two-story shop on meandering Mill Road occupies about 10,000 s...uare feet.
Among the shop's products are two-wheeled and four-wheeled carriages for the Amish, and pleasure carriages for other customers.
