Rural Kansas Faces Need for Information Technology to Develop Economically.

Oct. 15--Even more so than urban areas, rural Kansas communities must be able to use information technology to be successful in business and economic development.

That was the message of speakers Wednesday evening at the Fort Hays State University's Docking Institute of Public Affairs 12th annual Telepower conference.
