Groups Want to Break Off from San Luis Obispo County Employees Association.

Dec. 20--Two groups of county employees are circulating petitions to break away from the San Luis Obispo County Employees' Association. That could set the stage for an election to determine whether SLOCEA will represent public services and clerical workers in upcoming contract talks.
