Jul. 8--Mitchell Girod makes a living with his hands wielding the tools of a carpenter, and for much of the past year he has helped transform the terminal at Will Rogers World Airport into an Oklahoma City showpiece while working for Colorado-based ISEC Inc.
But it all came to a halt June 12. Girod alleges that's the day he and co-worker Terry Southerland were told that they must join the Arkansas Regional Council of Carpenters and Joiners of America or lose their jobs with ISEC,
