Employers Must Learn, Prepare for Overtime Regulations.

Apr. 11--Employers can take steps to prepare for the final overtime regulations, according to employment law and human resources information firm CCH Inc., based in Riverwoods, Ill. Among them:

--Identify employees who earn less than $25,000. Some employees will become eligible for overtime pay under the revised salary floor. The proposed rules set the salary floor at $22,100, but that is likely to increase. Evaluate whether payroll costs will be best controlled by raising pa
