The AtYourBusiness.com HR Manager(SM) is a web-based self-service application that enables employees to perform up to 90 percent of human resources paperwork. Users are able to perform a wide variety of tasks inside their own private, secure site, including the updating of benefits information, creation of job descriptions, review of management reports, screening of new job applicants and dozens of other tasks typically done by hand. Users also have one click access to a wide range of benefits and employee management services from top-tier providers including Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: AUD), and Wausau Insurance, a business unit of the Liberty Mutual Group.

AtYourBusiness.com has completed two rounds of financing totaling $5 million. Investors include SpaceVest, a Reston, Virginia based venture capital firm, along with Osprey Management, a Menlo Park, California venture firm, and Steve Walker & Associates, the investment vehicle for the founder of Trusted Information Services, Inc. The company completed its angel round of financing in January 1999, raising $1 million.
Business users can test AtYourBusiness.com and its Human Resource Manager service free of charge for the next 60 days, ending January. The Web site (www.AtYourBusiness.com or www.AYB.com.) will feature sample companies that visitors can practice on to experience the service without any sign-up obligations.
