May 7--Spend a few minutes talking with Rick Hartley about his new company, and you might mistake him for a dot-com entrepreneur in the heady days of the late '90s.
He gushes about employee loyalty, unexpected business growth and all the excitement that comes with launching a new enterprise.
But 26-year-old Hartley and his three partners aren't selling a hot new technology from cubicles in a modern office park. They're making rubber in a century-old factory. <
