Beginning chiefly as an online recruitment site for IT workers, HotJobs.com is now positioning itself as the site for the more upscale job market. Since 1996 when HotJobs was launched, the company has grown exponentially with higher-paying sales, marketing and engineering jobs taking the place of traditional MIS jobs, which now account for less than half of all the site's postings.
