NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The fifth-largest staffing company in the U.S. celebrated its 25th Anniversary at their International Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tenn. And Express Personnel Services leaders from across the country are singing the praises of Sen.
Sen. Corker co-sponsored an amendment to S. 2300, the Small Business Contracting Revitalization Act, which restores the eligibility of franchises in the staffing industry for SBA contracts and loans.

More than 1,300 Express franchisees and their staff attended the company's annual leadership conference Feb. 13-16. It featured three days of learning, networking and training on staffing and workplace issues such as leadership, customer service, retention and team building.
