TeamStaff, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSTF) (formerly, Digital Solutions, Inc.) announced today that it has entered into a Preferred Supplier Agreement with Travel

Under the terms of the agreement TAN will make available to its 6,300 member travel agencies and 43,000 member agents the use of TeamStaff for administrative functions including payroll, health insurance, retirement plans and other human resource services. TeamStaff recently participated in a national conference of the TAN membership in New Orleans to promote their relationship.

In announcing the agreement, Donald Kappauf, President and Chief Executive Officer of TeamStaff, said, "As a Preferred Supplier to TAN, we have the potential of signing a significant number of travel agencies for our services, and increase our employee rolls substantially."

Tony McKinnon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TAN, said, "We now represent some 6,300 travel agencies. TAN was formed in 1998 and has acquired four consortiums of travel agencies representing some 6,300 agencies, to form a mega consortium of independent travel agencies.
