Decision Point Systems, Inc., a company built upon helping businesses hire the best employees, has recruited top executive Robert (Bob) Gregg, former CFO of IBM/Sequent, as its Senior Vice President

Gregg will be responsible for securing capital to grow the company with the goal of going public. Gregg will also lead new business units, including the launch of an e-commerce unit in spring 2000.

Gregg was most recently the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of IBM/Sequent. Gregg helped grow IBM/Sequent to a run rate of over $1 billion in sales over the 16 years he was employed there. He has been a member of the Decision Point Systems Board of Directors since 1996.

Decision Point Systems' flagship product is HirePro(TM), an automated hiring system that integrates the recruiting, screening and hiring processes for companies hiring large numbers of hourly employees.
