Uniprise, a UnitedHealth Group company, today announced the formation of a new company - Clarite that will be dedicated to providing comprehensive human resources outsourcing services.

Clarite is an alliance between Uniprise and The AAC Group, a national human resources technology firm that offers employers technology and services to improve human resources management.
