Leading E-Recruiter Provides Premier Enterprise Management System

for Recruiters and Staffing Agencies

CareerEngine, Inc. (a subsidiary of CareerEngine Network, Inc., AMEX/PCX: CNE)

today announced it has been awarded five contracts for its new Search and Staffing Enterprise Management System in the three months since its launch.

The system provides search and staffing firms with online workflow and business process management. System features include robust customer requisition management, intelligent agents, and recruiter/branch reporting, thereby providing the tools necessary for a recruiter to remain competitive and for its management to be able to track employee and company performance.

The Search and Staffing Enterprise Management System was developed in conjunction with a number of recruiting companies to meet the industry's specific requirements. It provides a world-class enterprise management solution for firms that want to compete in today's competitive market, while providing recruiters the tools they need in today's online world. Our requisition management console, coupled with our proprietary technology, allows for a confidential interface between the client and the agency, and the individual recruiter and the candidate.

"In addition to providing the best possible online career portal solution for our commerce driven customers, we now offer a suite of enterprise management services that cater exclusively to recruiting and staffing firms. We pride ourselves on creating cost effective web based applications that generate revenue," says Tom Ferrara, CEO.

CareerEngine has already rolled out two search firms into the online recruiting space, BankJobs2000.com and Mainline Personnel (MLPERS.com). Three additional search firm sites are due to go live by the end of May.
