Jul. 16--Whoi-Sang Liscombe lost his job two months ago as a conference manager in Washington, D.C., part of mass layoffs as the nation's capital suffers a tourism slump.
So, the Caribbean-American moved back to his family's home in Miami, and Tuesday searched for work at a diversity job fair at the 94th annual NAACP convention.
