North Carolina Analysis Sees Potential Windfall for Blue Cross Executives.

Jul. 4--Blue Cross' for-profit conversion would open the possibility of an ac...uisition by an out-of-state insurer, and if officials sell the company by January 2005, they'll receive larger "golden parachute" incentives than if they wait longer, according to a report by Clark Consulting released to the public on Thursday.
