Of all the characteristics that I have mentioned so far is this series, this is the most easily attained, and the most often ignored, by claim adjusters. Do not confuse the desire for excellence with being a perfectionist. People who simply cannot live unless everything is absolutely perfect can get frustrated in the claim world.
