Oregon Proposes New Rules On LTC Insurance Sales

SALEM, ORE. - The Oregon Department of Insurance and Finance draw a generally positive reaction to its proposed new rules governing long-term care insurance at a public hearing. The Department must adopt final rules for two bills passed by the 1989 Legislature by the end of the year.
