65 `Alliance 200' Sites Have Already Signed Agreements With

program, which will establish www.ebix.com as the exclusive Insurance Center for 200 leading Web sites in a variety of industries by December 31, 2000. The program is off to a quick start, with 65 sites already signing agreements in the last three months alone, making ebix.com the exclusive Insurance Center on each of their sites.

The objective of Alliance 200 is to create a network in which these alliance Web sites refer their customers to ebix.com for all of their insurance needs, increasing traffic to the Insurance Center and greatly expanding ebix.com's exposure online. Each of these alliances include:

--Building an ebix Insurance Center on their site, with a prominent link from their home page directly to www.ebix.com. The Center allows consumers to start the application process for buying auto, home, health, life, dental, vision, and long term care insurance directly from the alliance site itself.

--Direct links into ebix Research Center and ebix TV pages from these sites.

--ebix owns the advertising rights on these co-branded pages.
