Nov. 21--The Salt Lake Chamber became the nation's first chamber to offer year-round group health care benefits to its members with the launch Thursday of its C-Card program.
The program is expected to provide significant benefits for small businesses that have been unable to qualify for group health insurance, Chamber President and CEO Lane Beattie said Thursday.
