Health care reform: six questions for President Clinton. (Bill Clinton)

Pres Bill Clinton has prioritized health care reforms among his administration's socio-economic programs. Clinton's blueprint for a basic benefit package includes unlimited hospital care, preventive services, prescription drugs and mental health services. However, Clinton should ensure that the introduction of such a basic package will not be detrimental to the interests of small business owners. Moreover, the administration should also review the impact of managed competition and global budgets on health care provisions.
