Medicare Part B Rises Again.

GET READY TO SHELL OUT more money for Medicare coverage next year. The Part B premium, which covers visits to doctors' offices, out-patient services and medical equipment such as canes and walkers, will increase 13.2% to $88.50 a month in 2006.
