Clipboard in hand, Wanda Myers, 73, came prepared with questions when she arrived at Prudential Senior-Care's new-member orientation at Shoney's Restaurant in Largo. Wanda, along with her 74-year-old husband, Jake, brother, Charles Dripps, 70, and two neighbors all recently signed up for Prudential's health maintenance organization for Medicare members.

Wanda wanted to find out whether she'll have to make a $10 co-payment for each monthly allergy shot. SeniorCare orientation specialist Donna Clyburn told her that as long as the nurse, rather than the doctor, gives the shot
