ScripSolutions' Medicare-approved discount card programs are called Freedom and Choice. They provide Medicare beneficiaries with access to discounts averaging approximately 20% on eligible branded and generic prescription medications.

ScripSolutions' discount drug card programs will include the following services for Medicare beneficiaries:

-- Access to virtually all pharmacies in the United States

through the Company's national pharmacy network;

-- 24-hour access to highly qualified pharmacists and customer

service representatives;

-- Drug Utilization Reviews, which identify potential drug

interactions, duplicate drug therapies and many other drug

safety alerts through ScripSolutions' state-of-the-art on-line

claims processing systems linked directly with pharmacies;

-- Online access to ScripSolutions website, which will include

program information and on-line application ability, starting

in May.

MIM already serves as the PBM administrator for several of its clients' discount cash card programs and the Company will partner with its clients to offer the discount card program to their customers.
