Clinton, Ky., Nursing Home Pleased with Most Recent Inspection.

Aug. 15--CLINTON, Ky.--Owners of Arbor Place of Clinton say they are pleased at results of the first state inspection of the nursing home since it reopened seven weeks ago, even though several deficiencies were found.

"The deficiencies were related to documentation," said Ronnie Sells, a vice president of Arbor Health Properties, a Sikeston, Mo.-based firm whose lease-purchase plan for the former Birchtree Healthcare was approved by a bankruptcy judge April 15. Sells said there
