New Medicare Reform Bill Will Have Winner, Losers in Business Community.

Dec. 17--Some of the new Medicare law's most lucrative benefits will go to businesses that will be able to tap new customers, sign government contracts and collect federal subsidies for their roles in providing prescription drugs to seniors.

Drug makers, insurers and pharmacy benefit managers, including some Texas companies, stand to reap profits. Outside the health care industry, employers that provide drug benefits to their retirees will get a chance to shift part
