Medicare Drug Law Falls Short, Some Say.

Dec. 15--There are more than 400 billion reasons why pharmaceutical manufacturers are intrigued by the new prescription drug law.

But some seniors, such as Charles Cole, say that for all the law's complex provisions, lawmakers did little to address their concerns.
