Nov. 25--The wildly complicated, caveat-laden Medicare prescription-drug bill could make anyone dizzy sorting through its nuances.

The monthly fee could vary from one person to another. Seniors will have to pay more later on if they don't sign up as soon as they can. Then there's this big gap, where the insurance won't pay a single penny toward prescriptions.

But to many seniors, the bottom line is all that matters: Finally, they would get help paying for prescription drugs.
