Fountain View, Inc., a leading operator of long-term care facilities in California, Texas and Arizona, continues to work through regulatory issues at one of its Orange County, California facilities.

Care Center anticipated that it would begin receiving Medicare and Medicaid funding in May of this year. Unfortunately, Carehouse is still not receiving funding from either Program. The Company is vigorously pursuing all avenues open to it in order to restore funding to this facility.
