Jack Rogers Rejoins Private Healthcare Systems Board of Directors.

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 27, 2003

Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), the nation's leader in health care cost management, announced that Jack Rogers, Vice President of Health Services at Fortis Health, has rejoined the PHCS Board of Directors.

Mr. Rogers brings over 15 years of health care experience to the PHCS Board of Directors. In his role at Fortis Health, Rogers has driven the implementation of many highly successful network initiatives. Prior to joining Fortis Health, Rogers served as Director of Managed Care for Boston University Medical Center Hospital/Boston City Hospital, leading their managed care contracting, operations and strategic positioning. He has also held the roles of Manager of the Primary Care Clinician Program, Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to the Associate Commissioner for Medical Payments for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Medical Assistance.

Mr. Rogers previously served on the PHCS Board from June 1999 through March 2002.
