New Mexico Governor Unveils Health-Care Reform Agenda.

Nov. 24--ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--Gov. Bill Richardson unveiled a four-point health care reform agenda Friday night, including a plan to put public employees and retirees into a single health insurance purchasing pool.
