ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- Mary Ann Wagner has been named president of the Pharmacy Care Alliance, a nonprofit organization formed by the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and Express Scripts Inc., one of the nation's largest pharmacy benefits management firms.
