The OmniStack LS 6200 family of 10/100 Ethernet stackable

workgroup switches supports next-generation converged network applications and provides wire-speed performance, network security and optional power over Ethernet. The switches offer simplified deployment of network quarantine services using OmniVista 2770 Quarantine Manager. They also provide advanced, Layer 2-plus features, including multicast VLANs, per-service Q in-Q tagging and quality of service to support converged applications of data, voice and video. Available with either 24 or 48 ports, they have four Gigabit Ethernet ports per switch. Two of the four ports are combo ports that can be used either as fiber or copper uplinks to the core.--Alcatel
