Impact Media to acquire NextStep Broadband

Impact Media Inc., provider of interactive multi-- media design and services, announced that it entered into a letter of intent to acquire NextStep Broadband Corporation. NextStep Broadband is a broadband content enabler and rich media service provider offering end-to-end design for a wide variety

Impact Media addresses corporate branding and presentation by offering CD and DVD authoring, replication, and fulfillment. NextStep Broadband Corporation is a broadband content enabler for the professional marketplace. The company's proprietary applications and processes provide clients with interactive, three-dimensional technologies for broadband content development and deployment.
