Lockheed Martin Corp., Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems, Baltimore, is being awarded a $6,053,048 cost-plus-award-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-00-C-5486) for design agent engineering efforts to support ongoing product improvements and new missile integration,

as well as continued design agent engineering support for launcher electronics, systems integration and software integration portions of the MK41 Vertical Launching System. Work will be performed in Baltimore, and is to be completed by October 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
