About the Stellar Group: upcoming projects for Stellar's Commercial Division.

The Stellar Group's Commercial Division has recently completed a number of facilities such as Madison Street Baptist Church, Cypress Point Business Park Phase III and Enterprise Rent-a-Car Jacksonville Headquarters.

Stellar's Commercial Division continues to develop its diversity by acquiring new and challenging projects, and are preparing for a cluster of new projects in areas such as institutional, automotive and healthcare industries. Stellar is providing construction-management services for Jacksonville University's multi-phase renovation and expansion projects: JU's Nursing, Physical-Plant, Davis School of Business, Wilma's Little People School, NROTC, a Fine Arts Annex, the South Entrance and the President's House are in the design development and preconstruction phases.

In Daytona Beach, FL, Stellar is constructing Bethune-Cookman College's Performing Arts Auditorium. This 2,500 seat educational and cultural facility will serve as a center for the performing arts. In addition, it will also provide a venue for national and regional conferences. Stellar is responsible for construction management services.

In Jacksonville, FL the new Range of the Jaguar exhibit at the Jacksonville Zoo is scheduled to break ground in the summer of 2002. The exhibit will include a temple ruin, a large open top jaguar exhibit, a new walkthrough aviary, a mammal exhibit, as well as a new bistro, retail space and restrooms. Stellar is providing construction management services. Another project underway is The Australian Adventure which will include a koala exhibit, a cassowary exhibit, a lorikeet aviary where visitors will be able to feed the birds and a wallaby exhibit where visitors can walk inside with the wallabys. Construction is scheduled to start in the fall of 2001 with a spring 2002 exhibit opening. The Stellar Group is designing the new exhibits and providing construction management services.

A new 22,000 square foot worship center is currently in the design phase for First Baptist Church in Middleburg, FL. It is designed to seat 1,300 people. Also, a new 30,000 square foot addition for Westwood Baptist Church in Live Oak, FL is in the design phase. It will include an educational hall, a gathering area and dining accommodations. Construction of both facilities is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2001 and Stellar is providing complete design/build services.

Two automobile dealerships in Jacksonville, FL recently expanded their existing facilities. Stellar recently finished Brumos Motor Cars' detail center expansion and additional office space was added to the Lexus of Jacksonville showroom. Stellar provided complete design/build services. Stellar is providing general contracting services for Lucas Honda's new automotive dealership in Jacksonville, FL. The 30,000 square foot facility is scheduled for construction in the fall of 2001. The dealership will relocate five miles north from its current location.

Stellar is under contract to design and build a new medical clinic and ambulatory surgical center for Borland Groover Clinic/Southpoint Endoscopy Center in Jacksonville, Florida. The 34,000 square foot building will contain a 11,500 square foot surgery area for endoscopy procedures.
