Avion Group acquires 70% interest in Tech-Log.

The Icelandic transport solutions group Avion Group said on Thursday (11 August) that it had acquired a 70% interest in the United Kingdom aviation services company Tech-Log from Aviation Management Partnership (AMP) for

an undisclosed sum.

Tech-Log offers maintenance management, inventory management, training and consultancy services from a team of professionals to the aviation industry worldwide, the company said.

After the acquisition Tech-Log would become a subsidiary of Avia Technical Services (ATS).
