With a 25-year career in senior HR and corporate management, Deborah Barber brings a broad based background in leading organizations through fast, dynamic growth and transformation and building business-oriented, high-impact HR organizations. Deborah's practice focuses on working with senior executives to solve strategic and operational-level HR, leadership, and organizational development issues. In 2000, Deborah was awarded the Human Resource Symposium's first annual Excellence Award for leadership in the HR field in the San Francisco Bay Area.
