PTS, Inc. Subsidiary Signs Letter of Intent with Another Major Restaurant Chain for ADA...

LAS VEGAS -- Disability Access Consultants, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH), has executed an agreement with another major international Quick Service Restaurant chain (QSR) to conduct Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance inspections for a significant number

of stores. Though confidentiality provisions prohibit the dissemination of the name of the QSR, the agreement does initiate commitments for the immediate inspections for 30 of the QSR's locations.

Barbara Thorpe, President of DAC, Inc., stated, "We are very happy to further expand our client basis with the addition of another new client in the QSR industry. With this latest client, and other recently executed client contracts, quarterly revenue is expected to be greater than last year's, for the same quarter."

Ms. Thorpe notes that continued litigation pressures and consent decree compliance on businesses and public entities to provide equal access for individuals with disabilities have stimulated an increase in the current market demand for ADA compliance inspections, which is a core competency and major business of DAC, Inc.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to provide equal access to goods and services for individuals with disabilities. Public entities are held to a higher standard of access to programs, services and activities, and are mandated to have developed a transition plan and self-evaluation that determines if any facilities, programs or services are discriminatory in regards to individuals with disabilities.
