CDI PURCHASES CEDARA PET/CT SOFTWARE FROM MERGE EMED.

Merge Technologies, d.b.a. Merge Healthcare, (Nasdaq: MRGE; TSX: MRG) a healthcare software and services company, Milwaukee, has announced that Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a chain of thirty-three imaging centers with locations in Minnesota, Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Washington, has purchased Cedara PET/CT software from Merge eMed, a Merge Healthcare company, for use in its imaging centers.
