Health plan to build two new state-of-the-art hospitals and further expand its medical office network.

As Orange County's population continues to grow, Kaiser Permanente is in the midst of several major construction projects that will bring new medical offices and hospitals to the community over the next few years.

In response to growing membership, evolving medical practices, and innovations in the health care industry. Kaiser Permanente continues to invest in new facilities and technologies.

With more than 382,000 members in Orange County, Kaiser Permanente plans to open new and/or expanded medical facilities in Garden Grove, Irvine, and Anaheim. These facilities will offer enhanced services and technology to members and residents, including expanded emergency care, specialty services, and a computerized medical record system.

"We're excited to offer new, state-of-the-art medical facilities to our members and the community," says Tony Smale, director of planning and analysis for Kaiser Permanente Orange County. 'These facilities support our mission to empower our members and the broader community to get healthy and stay healthy. As a truly integrated health care delivery model, Kaiser Permanente is uniquely qualified to provide our members with everything from preventive services to acute care."
