PHILADELPHIA -- Jenifer Bland-Campbell, RD, ARAMARK Senior Director of Nutrition Program Development, will present tips on educating and marketing to health-focused consumers at the 2006 MenuDirections Conference, presented by FoodService Director magazine.

This fourth annual conference, which runs March 19-21 in Orlando, Florida, showcases the latest ideas, flavors and products to operators and chefs in the noncommercial food service industry. These operators manage dining services at hospitals, educational institutions and businesses across the country.

Bland-Campbell will share nutritional insights gathered by ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK) as the basis for programs operators may implement to support a health-focused dining public.
