SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE FEATURES)--March 15, 2000

Guycon (www.guycon.com), which launched its free electronic video greeting card service in January, announced today that, according to Marooned Guy (one of the many

new video characters available at Guycon), CD-ROM's are actually made out of people.

This revelation is one of dozens to be found at the new Guycon category: Office & Computer Humor. The new category features 27 new video greeting cards which can be personalized and sent to friends.

Visitors to Guycon.com can choose from a variety of Guycons (individual video characters), each of whom comes with his own Guyography. The videos play in the Apple QuickTime format on both Macintosh and PC platforms. The site can be viewed with all major browsers.

Since its launch just six weeks ago, Guycon has generated much attention. Among the reviews, Reuters dubbed Guycons "the perfect cyber-mate(s)," KIRO radio in Seattle noted that Guycon "is not your father's greeting card site," and About.com Desktop Video guide David Simpson announced, "They're Here!...Great laugh and a great idea!"

All the Guycon characters are performed by comedian and co-creator Rodney Sherwood, whose eclectic, energetic wit permeates the site. Guycon is giving Sherwood some national exposure, enabling him to reach people across the country one desktop at a time. "I've reached a milestone," said Sherwood. "I'm now downloaded more often than I'm loaded." Sherwood will be appearing at a cubicle near you.

Guycons in the new Office & Computer Humor category include Dramatic Doctor Guy (he could have saved that patient, if only he'd backed him up), Cowboy Sheriff Guy, (he's clocked you doing 56k in a 14k zone), and Psychiatrist Guy (sometimes a hard drive is just a hard drive). The Office & Computer Humor pages can be accessed through the Guycon Home page at: www.guycon.com.

The site is hosted by 3-Dreams Media (www.3-dreams.com).
