Volume Exceeds 6,000 Calls Placed Per Day to Medical Practices, Hospitals and Pharmacies
IRVINE, Calif. -- In an effort to meet increased demand for their primary and custom healthcare information research, SK&A Information Services, Inc. announced today they have built out capacity at their in-house research center to accommodate additional call volume. The plan is to increase the current research associate staff of 50 personnel by an additional 30% this year.
Marketers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, financial services and software industries in particular, have recently increased their demand for SK&A's research services to more finely tune new product launches and targeting strategies, and become more proactive in their marketing efforts due to new insights and information achieved through SK&A's medical practice relationships. * Identifying affiliated physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants for each office location,
* Determining clinic and hospital affiliations,
* Obtaining detailed information regarding product prescriptions and the specific pharmacies dispensing them,
* Appending missing or new data such as additional physicians, medical specialties, email addresses, DEA or other identifiers,
* Determining which credit cards are accepted by targeted healthcare institutions,
* Addressing and validating correct information, invalidating bad addresses, and providing updated address changes for data resolution requirements.
