Members of the media are invited to the 4th Annual International Biotech-Infotech Summit, sponsored by the Nasdaq Stock Market and hosted by the Haas School of Business and the School of Public Health, UC Berkeley. The Summit will address what happens after the first draft of the human genome is completed -- an event expected to be announced any day now.

The key science of functional, or "systems," biology will be discussed by leaders in the field. The Summit will also address implications of the biotech revolution for health care, as well as some of its potential societal impacts.
